Coaching

Sometimes, the only thing needed to spark a special change in your life is an organized plan of action and someone to hold you accountable.  If that is the case, coaching may be right for you.  Coaching works well for people who are highly motivated, ready to engage, and seeking to achieve higher levels of performance in their life. 

Making change is not easy to do. To effectively change your behaviors and see sustained results, a lot has to happen for you mentally and emotionally and also in the environment around you. Though the process of being coached is very goal-driven, at the core of this work is an emphasis on habits and routines that will drive your transformation. In receiving support from me, we will build upon your core strengths while also targeting solutions to overcome the pivotal obstacles that prevent your success. Through this process, I am very active in staying in close contact with you in key moments of change (through texts, emails, phone calls, video-conferencing) to ensure you receive the necessary support along the way.
